Two other African acts SA’s Mafikizolo and Ghana’s Sarkodie will join the songstress and rapper.
They will all take part of the ‘Music Around the Globe’ presentation. This is the first time international acts have performed as part of the BET Experience at L.A. LIVE since the introduction of international BET Award categories, ‘Best International Act: Africa’ and ‘Best International Act: UK’ in 2010.
Other performers already announced include K. Michelle, Mack Wilds, Mary J. Blige, Trey Songz and Jennifer Hudson. Chris Rock will host the June 29 event, which will air, live on July 1, 2014.
