It has emerged that one of Nigeria’s most celebrated nightclubs and hospitality brand Quilox, is worth over one billion Naira.
The club’s chairman Shina Peller revealed this, during a
business brunch with journalists in Lagos, ahead of the club’s re-opening, last
Friday.
The estimate covers the cost of the property, the internal
club structure, fittings and assets. Peller also said the club’s value also
includes identified brand equity.
It took over two years to construct the luxury nightclub, which
is located on Ozumba Mbadiwe road, in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Quilox
sits on multiple plots on the super premium Ozumba Mbadiwe with its
impeccable design and finishing complemented with stunning and
first of its kind décor and lighting, world class customer service and
hospitality, renowned DJs and an over the roof sound system that pundits
say is
the first in this market.
Quilox, which re-opened on the 1st of August 2014 after
a brief hiatus is now optimized for even more posh partying, with the
introduction of the VVIP Friday night gigs, as well as karaoke and the
innovative Quilox pocket money.
